Originally from Palatka, Whitney has more than 18 years of nursing experience, including 12 years as a nurse practitioner. She received her Doctor of Nursing Practice from Chamberlain College of Nursing and has worked in a variety of settings that has allowed her to gain a vast knowledge of women's health and well-being. As someone who is not only dedicated to her patients but also has a passion for health, wellness, and beauty, Whitney saw an opportunity to bring a more personalized care option to Palatka and surrounding areas that focuses on wellness inside and out. With the opening of A New You, people are empowered to take their health and beauty goals into their own hands, and can do so with with of the many personalized and specialized services offered in one convenient space. Guided by her core values of compassion, integrity, professionalism, and wellness, Whitney is committed to providing high-quality direct primary care, weight loss solutions, IV therapy, and aesthetic services.

Brittany, a native of Palatka, Florida, is a licensed massaged therapist who has been practicing since 2019. As a graduate of the Florida School of Massage, she was trained in Hydrotherapy and also trained under Deva Parnell at Discovery Yoga. This specialized training has allowed Brittany to integrate methods of yoga into massage by teaching proper breathing techniques for release work and stretching to achieve fascia release. Additionally, she has trained under Judith Delaney for Neuromuscular Therapy. She offers a variety of modalities that can be incorporated into body work sessions such as Gua Sha (muscle scraping) and cupping. Brittany says her life purpose is to hold space for and to guide others during their own healing journey.
